Listening to the commentary for A Study in Pink, I have decided two things.

1. Mark Gatiss will henceforth share all audio book recording duties with Jack Davenport and Stephen Fry (and maybe Benedict Cumberbatch). I could listen to that man talk all day.  Also, he has a good line in sinister chuckling and is generally lovely.
